Simplify Fractions

Simplified numerator = numerator / GCD. Simplified denominator = denominator / GCD. Signs are normalized so the denominator is positive. 4/−8 becomes −1/2. −4/−8 becomes 1/2. 0/8 becomes 0. 0/0 and 5/0 are rejected. If the fraction is already reduced, the page says so instead of pretending a reduction occurred.
